With X-Men’s From the Ashes era comes multiple X-Men teams, and among those teams is Rogue’s. in Invisible X-Men #1, Rogue teams up with Gambit and Wolverine to start their own branch of the X-Men. The team is confirmed to include a group of young mutants known as the Outliers, with Ransom being one of them. The outliers stand out as fresh faces added to the mix of usual suspects for X-teams, and of the four of them, Ransom has already impressed X-Men and readers right off the bat.
Ransom’s real name is Valentin Correa, and he is a mutant from Buenos Aires Who’s spent much of his life fighting to survive on the streets. Wolverine is the most popular X-Man for a reason, as his abilities make him a force to be reckoned with. His iconic claws are enough to make him a threat to anyone who dares cross him, but it’s his healing factor that cements him as seemingly unstoppable. Wolverine’s healing factor does not make him immortal, but it gives him regenerative abilities that slow his aging and enable him to bounce back from injuries unscathed to go for another round. As a result, it is A challenge for anyone to take down Wolverine – yet Ransom may be up to the task.
Although Wolverine’s healing factor earns him his reputation as a durable fighter, Ransom’s black hole heart may be able to knock him down a peg. Now that the Outliers have arrived on the scene, they are ready to display their various powers in their guise with the X-Men. They all have intriguing skills at their disposal, such as Deathdream’s ability to summon souls, and they put those skills to the test against opponents that readers know are formidable. The Outliers introduced in combat as they overpower fan-favorite X-Men is a brilliant way to show how powerful they are Compared to the likes of Wolverine, it will be exciting to see what feats they can pull off.

They all show immense potential as the future of the X-Men, with Ransom’s advantage over Wolverine cementing their merit.
