Kitty Pryde’s work with the X-Men began when she herself was a child, and they took her through her toughest years of learning to control her phases and discover her identity. These old feelings are enough to overcome her reluctance to get involved with young mutants, as she only wanted a “normal” civilian life, and Kitty immediately goes on the offensive when Emma shows up to take Axo, Bronze, and Miles from her. .

Although Emma Frost eventually became a core part of the X-Men, she was first introduced as a villain with ties to the Hellfire Club. That’s how Kitty first met her, and she never completely shed that image. Moreover, Emma can often be cold and even ruthless, which has caused them to fight on other occasions. Kitty Pryde and Emma Frost are the best mutant mentors
Mainly due to their different approaches
In truth, there are several mutants better suited for teaching than Kitty Pryde and Emma Frost. The White Queen has always been a teacher at heart, and over the years she has made many sacrifices to continue guiding her charges. She remained in Cyclops’ doomed Utopia for the sake of her students, and while many X-Men have taken positions in the school’s various incarnations, she is one of the few trained and committed to teaching above all else. Likewise, Kitty once had the services of some of the best mutant mentors, and she takes an understanding and empathetic approach that contrasts with Emma’s teaching style.
Connected
Luckily, the preview images show that Emma and Kitty eventually put the violence aside and started working with Axo, Bronze, and Melee, so there’s still hope that they’ll find a unique combination of their two approaches. If that’s the case, then these new mutants may have a better mix of mentors – and that’s exactly what the mutants need as they take each shaky step forward after Krakoa. Kitty Pryde tried to distance myself from X-Men and her life as a mutant, but now, close Emma Frost, it has the potential to shape the future of mutants.
