Glinda (Ariana Grande-Butera) always gets Boq's (Ethan Slater) name wrong in Evilwhich is important for their respective character arcs. Since Boq is not someone she intends to impress or someone she comes to care about, Glinda doesn't worry about getting his name right. When she arrives at Shiz, she is focused on finding classmates to impress, and a Munchkin is not someone she cares about impressing. For Glinda, Boq is little more than a distraction when they meet and when he invites her to the Ozdust Ballroom. Even though Boq becomes friends with some of Glinda's colleagues, including her beloved Fiyero, Boq is almost never on her social radar.
Because of the genuine and unexpected bond she forms with Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo), Glinda dedicates time and effort to getting to know Elphaba. However, nothing like this occurs between Glinda and Boq, and so there is never any reason for her to meet him, much less know his name. She's not trying to hurt Boq by calling him Bick, but it's still not something she wants to fix since Boq is never at the forefront of her focus.

It's tragic that Boq spends so much time obsessing over Glinda and believing he's in love with her, while she doesn't even know his name. Glinda repeatedly calling him Bick should make it obvious that they have no romantic future together. Instead of being the wake-up call Boq needs, he can't let go of his feelings and isn't a good partner for Nessarose, someone who loves him and who he doesn't realize is deeply hurt.
