Terrifying 3 introduces new character Mia as a true crime podcaster obsessed with Art the Clown and the Miles County Massacre. She has great interest in her new classmate, Jonathan Shaw, and his older sister, Sienna, as they are two of the few people who survived their encounter with Art and hopes to learn more about them and their lives after the events of Terrifying 2. But like many true crime enthusiasts, Mia reveals that she has an abject fascination with Art the Clown as a serial killer and such an evil figure.

When Art overhears Cole and Mia in their dorm, he hears the latter expressing her desire to know and understand Art to Cole, saying: “I want to know what it’s like to be in the presence of this kind of evil. When you look into his eyes, what do you see? Is there a soul…?” This dark sense of curiosity prevented Mia from reaching the location. Terrible 3 end.

Art The Clown fulfills Mia’s dark wish before she dies

Mia’s dark interest in art The Clown became her downfall

Having heard Mia’s morbid desire, Art the Clown gives her what she asked for, letting her look into his eyes after leaving her a mutilated corpse in the shower. Mia’s death was a grim reminder that some wishes are not meant to be granted, as she ended up getting much more than she bargained for.

This moment adds a little more karma for Mia, since at the beginning of the film she takes her interest in Art very far. She bothers Sienna with insensitive questions about her experience with Art, which brings to light her trauma and loss at the hands of the killer clown. However, Sienna’s angry response to her questions didn’t change her mind. It took Art, wielding the chainsaw, to make her realize that she had made a terrible mistake. Terrifying 3.
