Notice! Spoilers for Netflix's No Good Deed ahead!
No good deed follows three couples as they make desperate attempts to lay claim to prime real estate – but who ends up buying the Morgan home? Of course, this Netflix series isn't just about house hunting. Add in the fact that the current owners, Paula and Lydia Morgan (Ray Romano and Lisa Kudrow), can't agree on much, and this competitive market becomes even more complicated.
At the beginning of Netflix No good deedIt's clear that the Morgans went through something terrible in the Los Feliz house. It's been three years since a tragic death occurred within the walls, meaning the time has finally come for Paul and Lydia to not have to reveal the horrible truth during the sale. The mystery of what exactly happened is the overall focus of this series, but the further question of which No good deed the characters would end up with Morgan's house sharing the stage. Would it be the famous neighbor and his gold digger wife, the lesbian couple trying to get pregnant or the son of a bitch and his pregnant wife?
Leslie and Sarah bought Morgan House at the end of no good deeds
Leslie gained some points in her favor by solving Jacob's murder
Although Leslie and Sarah were removed from the race very early on, No good deed after being caught snooping around the house at night, they were the lucky couple who won over the Morgans in the end. This had everything to do with Leslie's role in solving Jacob Mogan's murder. As district attorney, Leslie immediately realized something was wrong with the Morgans. While researching Jacob's death, she recognized that Paul and Lydia were not being honest about what happened at the Los Feliz house three years earlier. However, the Morgans were not as nefarious as she initially thought.
Leslie opened Jacob's autopsy record and saw that the teenager was killed by a .40 caliber pistol – not the 9mm pistol the Morgans owned. It turned out that famous neighbor JD Cambell owned a .40 caliber, and this information allowed Lydia to deduce that Margo Starling was having an affair with her son and murdered him to hide her big secret. This information has given immense peace to the Morgan family and as the person who made this possible It was appropriate for Leslie and his wife to break up their home. Of course, everyone was basically out of the running at this point in No Good Deed, anyway.
How Leslie and Sarah Won Dennis and Carla's House
Dennis and Carla ended up withdrawing the offer
Technically, all three couples in No good deed have had their offer accepted at one point or another. Initially, JD and Margo were supposed to buy the house, but because they were completely broke and couldn't provide funds, the deal fell through. Then, Dennis sent Paul a touching letter about his hopes and dreams of raising his family in the Los Feliz home, mentioning his excitement about seeing his son climb Lydia's beloved tangerine. This led Paul to accept Dennis and Carla's offer, but This all fell apart thanks to some manipulation on Sarah's part.
By complete coincidence, Sarah ended up being the obstetrician who delivered Carla's baby in No good deed. Sarah recognized the couple as possible buyers of the Morgan house and after learning that the offer was accepted, she surreptitiously informed them about the murder that happened there. Denis and Carla withdrew their offer after seeing the many conspiracy theories about Morgan's house on the Citizen app. This left Leslie and Sarah the only couple left to make an offer.
Where Dennis and Carla ended up moving without good deed
Everyone got a happy ending (or at least the ending they deserved)
Although Dennis and Carla were manipulated into buying Morgan's house, they got their own happy ending in No good deed. After JD Campbell discovered the truth about his wife Margo, he burned down his own Los Feliz mansion with her inside. The killer survived, leaving only a piece of land to sell – which was perfect for architect Carla, since her dream was to build her own house anyway.

Dennis secretly used Calra's father's $5 million check to buy the land and finance the new construction.and the little family got to work. Margo ended up in prison, while JD claimed a role in a western and supposedly rebuilt his wealth (much easier to do without his very expensive wife).
