As fans react to the yellow stone season 5 finale, some find it predictable, but few can deny that each of the series' best stories concluded well. This includes the evolution of the stories of its ranchers, who sought another cowboy outfit or took advantage of the lapse in employment to water other gardens. Although neo-Western creator Taylor Sheridan has not yet determined which stories will continue, almost every cowboy has a path to follow after the conclusion of yellow stone season 5, part 2. Jake will join Montana's N Bar Ranch

When the ranch foreman asks his former employees if they have their next job lined up, Jake tells Rip he's signed to a ranch called N Barwhich means Jake will be back in the saddle. Jake has been a constant, but he doesn't have a distinct personal story to go on, so his cowboy conclusion is fitting, especially considering the yellow stone character is a real cowboy.

Walker will follow girlfriend Laramie
As Travis and Jimmy Hurdstram depart the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch to return to the Four Sixes Ranch in Texas, Walker tells Jimmy that their paths may soon cross in the Lone Star State. When Jimmy asks if Walker found an outfit, Laramie comments that Walker will hit the road with her in the Capri Camper Laramie used to stay at the ranch. The development confirmed that Walker and Laramie would remain together. Their mobility could allow them to appear in any modern continuation of the yellow stone, with the ability to cross the country comfortably.
Knowing that Walker leaves the ranch surrounded by jubilee and excitement would have been unthinkable in previous seasons. Walker dislikes Yellowstone Ranch when he arrives, after Rip recruits him out of the prison he is being released from. The two cowboys experience a significant conflict, resulting in Rip wanting to take Walker to the train station. However, Kayce saves Walker's life, and he eventually returns to the ranch and meets Laramie. Walker is a wanderer and loves Laramie, so following her on the road is a great option.

Teeter
Teeter gets a job at Bosque Ranch
As Travis and Jimmy Hurdstram prepare to leave the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch to return to Texas, Teeter runs after Travis. The lauded horse trainer was at Yellowstone Ranch after successfully auctioning off his top show horses, and his presence gave Teeter an idea about what his next chapter should include. Following the unfortunate fate of her boyfriend, Colby, in yellow stone season 5, episode 12, Teeter can't start her life with the cowboy she successfully wooed while working on John's ranch. Death continues to affect Teeter in the end.
Teeter follows Travis out of the bunkhouse, calling out to him and telling him that she could work for him as a helper or returning helper if he needed extra help. After briefly discussing Travis's management style with Jimmy, Teeter decides that Travis will be a fair employer and leans out the window of his truck to declare that he will report to his ranch in a week. Despite Travis giving him money to buy an audiobook in hopes of reducing his accent, Teeter arrives in Texas speaking with a southern drawl, retaining his distinctive quality regardless of a fresh start.

Ethan is going to the N Bar
As Beth and Rip prepare for John Dutton III's funeral, Rip ventures inside the bunkhouse to address the cowboys and offers each of them a small envelope from Manila, presumably filled with compensation. When he asks each cowboy if they know where they're going next, Jake speaks for himself and Ethan when he says they're going to the N Bar. Jake Reams and Ethan Lee are ranch hands, and the yellow stone the actors are real-life cowboys, which makes their ending the perfect fit for the characters, who are some of the yellow stonethey are real cowboys.
Ethan has been on the show for several seasons, joining for yellow stone season 3. Although Jake and Ethan don't have prominent roles in the series, their characters have become a staple of the shed. Looking at a map, N Bar Ranch is a cowboy spot in central Montana. The ranch is just over 300 miles by car from Dillon, Montana, and Beth and Rip's ranch is another 40 miles west of that. So Jake and Ethan could visit the ranch foreman if Rip needed a few extra pairs of hands when he started his cattle operation.

Lloyd wants to bother the townspeople
Despite Rip's promise to Lloyd in yellow stone Season 5, Episode 13, Lloyd has to consider other plans in the end. While Beth liquidates the ranch's assets, Rip asks Lloyd to be the only ranch hand to stay with the group, intending to keep Lloyd around so they can rebuild the ranch once Beth and Kayce figure out how to save it. However, with Kayce's plan to sell the land to the Broken Rock Tribe, Lloyd is officially unemployed at the endand he takes it more seriously than anyone, understandably, having been there longer.
Rip assures his friend that the door to his house is always open, and it seems only natural that Lloyd would work alongside Rip and Carter again at Beth and Rip. yellow stone spin off.
In the end, Rip offers Lloyd a new job working at Beth and her ranch, 40 miles west of Dillon, Montana. However, Lloyd comments that he wants to pull a loose thread from West Yellowstone, commenting that he doesn't want to be a cowboy if he can't be in the wild lands he is used to. It looks like Lloyd will be surrounded by tourists. However, Rip assures his friend that the door to his house is always open, and it seems only natural that Lloyd would work alongside Rip and Carter again at Beth and Rip. yellow stone spin off.

Colby
Colby is dead before the end
Sadly, Colby is dead at the end after a painful accident in yellow stone season 5, episode 12. After a wayward horse trapped Carter in the back of a corral, Colby rushed to save him, clearing the stall boy's way out and finding himself trapped. The horse tramples and runs over Colby in the incident, killing him immediately, despite Carter shooting the horse to save him. Unfortunately, Teeter isn't even in Montana when Colby dies, having followed the herd to Texas. The couple never gets to say goodbye, but exchanges from a distance “I love you.”
Auctioneer pays tribute to Colby and John Dutton III in yellow stone Season 5, Episode 13, and his mother comes and collects his things after his death, bringing Colby's death full circle despite its suddenness. Colby was in almost every episode, so his character not finishing the series was a disappointment. However, it may be that Sheridan killed off Colby's character so that Teeter would be motivated to flee Montana and return to his home state of Texas, working alongside Jimmy and Travis at Bosque Ranch, and the development positions Teeter to participate 6666.

Jimmy continues his work in Texas
THE yellow stone The Season 5 finale confirms that all is well for Jimmy Hurdstram, who goes to work for Travis Wheatley after John Dutton sends him to Texas. While in Montana, Jimmy suffered a near-fatal accident at a rodeo. and went to work for Travis at the Four Sixes Ranch in Texas after John paid his medical bills in full. Even though Jimmy didn't want to leave the ranch or his girlfriend behind, it was the best thing. After changing his ways, Jimmy officially receives John's blessing to stay in Texas, marking Jimmy's death. yellow stone ending in Montana.

The ending clarifies that Jimmy's life continues to rise. Jimmy continues to live happily with his girlfriend, Emilywhich is also associated with the Four Sixes Ranch. Despite their antagonistic relationship, Jimmy and Travis also remain close, with the former assisting the horse trainer with his work and traveling with him on the road. The cowboy is scheduled to return to yellow stone franchise at Jimmy's 6666 yellow stone spin off. Ryan Chases His Super Bowl
When Teeter asks Ryan where he's going in the yellow stone season 5 finale, Ryan comments that he plans to stop wasting time. When Teeter tells Ryan that his plans don't include a direction, he insists that they do. When handing out reparations, Rip has a similar concern for his friend. Ryan says he's going to wander, to which Rip responds that wandering isn't worth it. Their vague plans unfold mysteriously as they Ryan loads the back of his truck after John Dutton III's funeral. He is the only cowboy who says goodbye to everyone correctly, highlighting Ryan's importance.
Abby Actor Lainey Wilson Sings Her “Hang Tight Honey” Whip album when Ryan walks into Billy Bob's Texas bar in Fort Worth.
Ryan arrives at his mysterious destination in one of the last segments of Season 5, while watching Abby's show. After the show, Abby runs into Ryan and he admits he made a mistake. In yellow stone Season 5, Part 1, Ryan travels to the Lone Star State, choosing his cowboy opportunity over a life with Abby in Montana. Ryan corrects his mistake at the end, telling the singer he thought about her every night as he lay under the West Texas sky. Abby happily accepts Ryan's apology, giving him a job on her tour after they kiss and make up, leaving. yellow stone curious fans.
