From the time of writing, The Mandalorian Era only stretches to about 12 or 13 AB, although there is potential for this era to continue its expansion - and perhaps overlap with Rey's birth.

Either way, it's easy to see the pattern of The Mandalorian Era's expansion. There is certainly a strong possibility that this era could stretch to 15 AB, and could cross with Rey's birth and her earliest years in the galaxy. Although it is highly doubtful that a young Rey Skywalker Will never actually be seen in The Mandalorian time, there is much reason to believe that its existence will, in fact, have an eventual crossover with the key events that continue to set the Star Wars Sequel trilogy.
