News from 90 Day Fiance star David Murphy's death shocked viewers and cast members of the franchise, and questions about who he was dating before he died have been raised ever since. David, from Nevada, was first seen in 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, Season 4, as he hunted for his online girlfriend Lana Svetlana. David's failed attempts to meet Lana in person almost convinced fans that Lana wasn't real. However, Lana confirmed she wasn't a catfish by getting engaged to David in the finale, even though they weren't together at the Tell All.

After the retired computer programmer became single, he continued to receive a lot of attention from his fans as well as his co-stars. One of them was Amira Lollysa, presented in 90 Day Fiance season 8. Amira was engaged to Andrew Kenton and made numerous attempts to enter the US during COVID-19 to marry him before giving up. Amira somehow managed to make it to America after the show and has lived in Las Vegas since. In July 2024, Amira stated that she was married to a mystery man. David captioned the post as"Go out to have fun", and tagged Amira. A few days later, it was AmiraIt's time to post about David. She shared a cute photo with him and revealed that she was excited to go on a trip with Lana's ex-boyfriend. Amira put her arm on his shoulder while David held Amira around the waist.

The couple flirted on camera with Amira saying: “This is huge” as David showed her the motorhome. She was later seen seductively sprawled out on top of the bed as David walked towards Amira. Amira and David never confirmed their relationship, but in February 2022, Amira suggested that she would move in with him. Amira shared a photo of his luggage all packed with the caption: “new house” with David’s IG username marked in this.

They were all in Ukraine and David was eager to leave the US as quickly as possible after he finished selling everything he had. “We're just leaving,” David responded when asked about Amira. He said they weren't dating and didn't live together.

It looked like they were celebrating someone's birthday. The original poster on TikTok, @lindsaynot_lohan captioned the video, “the way he looked at her>” and told Amira in the comments: “I just KNOW he loved you.”
