Vigilantes is finally getting an anime

All our anime prayers have been heard, My Hero Academy fans. In 2025, the world will say goodbye to the hit superhero series when Deku's journey comes to an end, but he won't leave alone. Today, the team behind the anime announced a long-awaited spin-off of the series set for 2025. My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is being turned into an anime, finally.

Yes, you read that right. My Hero Academia: Vigilantes received the green light. The surprise announcement was shared today in Japan as part of Jump Festa 2025. It was there Toho animation confirmed My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is under construction, and will make its debut in April 2025.

At this point, no word has been given about where My Hero Academia: Vigilantes will be broadcast outside of Japan. Sites like Crunchyroll and Hulu have long been home to Class 1-A, so fans will have to wait and see how things turn out for Koichi Haimawari.
