Coffee Stain Publishing and Iron Gate Studios have just revealed the latest update to Wallheim Which brings both the bog witch and legs fit for a viking. The swampy areas in this title are known for being eerie and fear-inducing, as several threats lurk in the murky waters just waiting to grab players away. The developers seem to think the increasingly hostile environment needed a spooky salesman to help fans on their travels.
The Bog Witch is the latest vendor to hit the title, hiding away in a rickety wooden hat, Waiting to offer their spices, potions and new materials to help players pass the swamps and create new things. More so, chefs and homebodies will rejoice with the new feasts that have been added. The dishes come from different areas found in WallheimMeaning players will need to find the ingredients from the location of the recipe.
A new NPC and new feasts bring new recipes to Valheim
New tools, new foods and new materials have been added
The Bog Witch isn’t the only new feature that’s been introduced WalheimAs players will now be able to throw down in the kitchen to whip up hearty feasts. With the new additions to the cooking system, of course, comes A new cooking skill for those who want to improve their culinary skills to make life in the afterlife a little easier. The more dishes one cooks, the higher their cooking skills get, which in turn will give the player an increased opportunity to make additional food items.

With the new feasts, Vikings will need new ingredients, which is where the new farming features come into play. A wand has been added that makes harvesting crops quick and easy, but it will now be a farming skill to level up. Increasing the farming skill will reduce the amount of stamina used while using the cultivator and will give players a chance to harvest more crops from a unique harvest.
New skills and recipes add a little spice
The audience does not have to be mixed
While there are cooking features and mechanics in WallheimThis upcoming update adds a bit more intricacy to the craft. Survival and cooking go hand in hand, And even if players can live in the afterlife in Walheim, This does not mean that they do not need food to survive. I love being able to level up skills and fine-tune crafting, so the addition of both cooking and farming skills is something I’m excited about trying.
Although there is no set release date for these Wallheim Bog Witch update, the developers have mentioned that public testing is set to begin soon.
