Tracker Season 2 premiere secretly teased new members of Colter Shaw’s team and you missed it

After a few months, Tracker Season 2 has finally arrived. Tracker Season 2 cast retains the majority of its original players, because Justin Hartley’s hero goes back to his rewardist ways. Colter Shaw dives into the world of organized crime As he races to get a family to safety with a dangerous criminal on the loose. After solving his very first case, reuniting a family together, Colter gets new partners, Reenie and Velma to tie up the rest of the case.

While Colter works to crack the case, Reenie is in the middle of setting up her new law firm. As established at the end of season 1, she establishes her own agency with the help of Velma. However, the last scene in Tracker Season 2, Episode 1, “Out of the Past,” suggests that Reenie and Velma won’t be the only members of her law firm for much longer, with plans to expand in the near future.

in Tracker Season 2, Episode 1, “Out of the Past,” Reenie reveals that she will name her new venture, Law Offices of Greene & Associates. However, as Colter points out, her company has no associates. When he asks her about them, Reiny tells him the associate will “be determined”, suggesting that at some point in Tracker season 2, Reenie will expand her firm to hire law associates. Since Reenie works for Colter, treating him like a client, anyone she hires will also contribute to the rewarded team.

How expanding the Colter Shaw team can help him in Tracker

Colter Shaw will have more resources

until now, Colter Shaw’s original team consisted of only five people. Velma Bruin, his primary case handler still. She used to operate with her wife, Teddy, but is considering Robin Weigert’s exit TrackerShe will likely carry this responsibility alone going forward. Meanwhile, Bobby Exley does high-tech and research work. Finally, Reenie is the legal expert on Colter’s team. It’s quite a small group of people, but everyone is highly efficient. While Colter certainly gets the job done with the help of his team, it wouldn’t hurt if he had more resources to complete his cases.

Additions to Colter’s team would only help him in the long run. Whoever Reeny employs at her new law firm will contribute to Kalter’s cases. They will also benefit Reenie as her list of clients expands, and she needs more hands on deck to get the job done while she prioritizes Colter. As Velma’s new partner, Reenie has effectively replaced Teddy in Tracker Season 2. It is unknown when exactly Colter’s team will expand, but it will likely happen through Reenie’s expanding business.
