THE One punch man The anime adaptation has had significant challenges in its production since its beloved first season, adapted by Madhouse. As the series adapts Yusuke Murata’s incredible manga based on ONE’s webcomic, it is set to recreate a large portion of the Monster Guild Arc at its current pace. However, an intrepid One punch man YouTuber DPDM posted on with a question he asked the anime’s character designer, Chikashi Kubota, raising concerns about whether production is going well.

After the controversial second season of One punch manIt’s fair for fans to be reasonably concerned, as JCStaff never quite nailed the anime experience like Madhouse in the first season. Season 3 is likely building the anime up to a massive fight with Garou and other threats such as the leader of the Monster Association, Orochi. Although Kubota’s remarks, intentionally vague as an answer to a single question, should not be taken seriously, they may confirm people’s doubts about One-Punch Man production.

“Have faith in JCStaff and the team”

Although it is not yet known what problems Kubota poses with One punch manDPDM alludes to the possibility that things aren’t going as planned in Season 3. In response to DPDM’s question about whether One punch man season 3 is going well, Kurota said, “I can’t say anything, but there may be some problems.” Whether these questions are mundane is anyone’s guess, as the DPDM only had the chance to ask one question. Still, with JCStaff’s reputation since the first season, and judging by fans’ reactions to the conversation, not everything is going according to plan for One-punch man.
