The Vale storybook The Expansion Pass introduced a large amount of all-new content, but One of its most impressive new features is its three fantastic and enchanting biomes. With all the world The Vale storybook Being based on magical fairy tales and literature, the general feeling when exploring the land is that it is the most enchanting place ever introduced into Disney Dreamlight Valley. In The Vale storybookThe Bind’s main biome, a landscape of towering autumn trees with bookshelves in their trunks, offers a sight straight out of a fairy tale. Persimmon trees and berry bushes decorate The Bind and there’s even a hermit crab in a wizard’s hat to fish for in the lake.

Simply exploring the world of The Vale storybookthe player will find Inkies, a substance they will need to remove to obtain and collect Story Magic, which can be used to unlock other areas of the biomes in the expansion pass. One of the biomes a player can unlock is Everafter, a dark forest landscape decorated with bioluminescent moss and huge glowing mushrooms. When you unlock the world of The Vale storybook and meet Merida at the beginning of the expansion pass introduction mission, the story places great emphasis on Princess Aurora from the Disney film Sleeping Beauty having disappeared. While it’s unclear whether Aurora will make an appearance in Part One of The Vale storybookits presence left a mark on the expansion pass, as the medieval and fairytale architecture that decorates its world appears to have been heavily inspired by the world of Sleeping Beauty. The focus on the princess is sure to please Disney fans who have a lot of nostalgia when it comes to the company’s iconic Princesses, who are a big part of the brand’s success.

DDV’s most magical creatures can be collected

A new creature for each Storybook Vale biome

In each new biome in The Vale storybook expansion pass there are brand new creatures that players can learn to bond with, feed, befriend, and collect as companions. In The Bind, players will encounter owls, with four different types to collect: blue, brown, purple, dark, and light owls. Each of the different types of owls appear in different areas of The Bind and have different appearance times, with the purple and light owls appearing every day. Once a player learns to approach, feed and gain the trust of an Owl, they will be able to have an Owl as a companion, a suitable option for fans of witchcraft and magic who have always wanted an Owl as a familiar.

Although owls are an adorable creature added in Disney Dreamlight Valleythe two other types of creatures that were introduced in The Vale storybook are the two most magical fantasy creatures the game has ever seen: Baby Dragons and Pegasus. Baby Dragons can be found in Everafter, with four different types appearing at various different times throughout the week. They are a bit shy, but a player can win them over by feeding the Baby Dragons some magical gems, Magma, or Pure Ice. In Mythopia, players will discover the energetically running baby Pegasi, who likes to play a game of chase before being tackled. There are also four different types of Pegasus for players to collect.

The Vale storybookThe abundance of new content not only offers new gameplay avenues for players to explore, but ultimately enhances Disney Dreamlight Valley itself. Although the A rift in time The expansion pass featured many interesting items, characters and quests, fairy tale themes and fantasy elements that The Vale storybook introduced have been absent from the game since its initial release in 2022. As one of the central themes that Disney is known for is its ability to bring fairy tales to life, the absence of a fairy tale-themed world was quite apparent in Disney Dreamlight Valleybut the introduction of The Vale storybook can now fill the void for any player who wanted a suitable land for a fantasy getaway.
