Earlier this week it was reported that BallerinaThe first of several planned John Wick Spinoffs, has undergone considerable reshoots and that original Vic Director Chad Stahelski completely took over for Len Wiseman for the trial. From what we have learned, this is not the whole story and not entirely accurate.
The rap Insiders initially claimed that reshoots overseas in Prague took 2-3 months to complete and that the Ballerina The director was not on set for the trial. We can confirm with our sources that Wiseman led the still photography on set in Budapest with producer Chad Stahelski helping with the action plan on new scenes to support the film’s action sequences.

The delay in Ballerina S Release date to add more action was reported in February, and we can also confirm that the additional photography only took 29 days to complete and was focused on adding. New sequences to the film, confirming what franchise star Ian McShane said earlier about the still photography. David Castañeda (The Umbrella Academy) and Sharon Duncan-Brewster (Don) were reportedly added to the cast for the additional scenes.
During the post-shooting phase, however, Wiseman suffered a serious health problem and was briefly hospitalized. That’s when Stehelsky had to step in to cover the scenes until Wiseman returned. The rap has since updated their initial report.
Wiseman made a full recovery, we learned, and returned to finish the film with the entire team, including Stahelski, along with Thunder Road Films. Insiders tell us that Stahelski and Wiseman are champions of each other and Len is working on his fashion of From the world of John Wick: Ballerina in post-production with Stahelski assisting in a producer capacity.
