Through his first five issue arc, Cody Ziglar’s current ongoing Deadpool Band has established itself among the most exciting new Marvel titles of the year. The crux of the series so far has been Deadpool’s daughter, Ellie Camacho, becoming a bigger part of his life – and quickly establishing herself as the heir to the red-and-black costume. Deadpool #6 will make good on Marvel’s promise to kill off Wade Wilson, something even the company itself seems shocked to do. As the synopsis for this issue reads:

Readers can only speculate about what that might be now, as they’ve been speculating for the past several months about how Wade’s death would play out — which is exactly what Marvel wants from its fandom.

The ‘Pool family loses its patriarch
One of the most engaging aspects of this Deadpool Running was like it became a family affairSomething that is generally more associated with DC Comics than Marvel.
