Mephisto is finally referenced by name in Agatha all along Episode 3, but his MCU debut was actually teased 12 years ago, back in Phase 1’s The Avengers. While many villains have been speculated to join the MCU in recent years, none have been more rumored than Mephisto. WandaVision, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, She-Hulk: Lawyer at Law And Loki Have all teased the legendary Marvel villain’s debut, however Agatha all along Episode 3, “Through many miles of tricks and trials,” one-upped them all in the best way.
