How to defeat Nal (all phases)

Phase one

The Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom Null appears in front of Zelda and Link

When you first enter the boss arena, Zero appears as a grotesque ball with two arms. Phase one is quite simple and consists of dodging its attacks while summoning echoes. Zero slaps an arm down once in a while, sending out a damage wave from his fist.. Quickly move out of the way to counterattack with your echoes. After enough damage is dealt, Null will escape into the wall and only his arms will be stuck out. The tricky part is that the arms will move around and do the same slam attack as before.

Make sure to keep tapping R to spin out of the way and avoid Null’s slam attacks.

Phase two

After enough damage is dealt in phase one, Null separates Zelda and Link. The boss will take on a new orb-like appearance, but instead of arms, it will have tentacles. Null will immediately point out a shadow version of Vocavor, the boss of Jabul Ruins as a distraction. Dodge all the other enemies and the whirlpools, while continuing to challenge swimming echoes. This phase is much easier if you can manage the chaos.

The first two bosses that are summoned are these Seismic talusof Suthorn Ruins, and Mogriff From Gerudo Sanctum. After enough damage is dealt, Null will flee into the wall with his arms out once more. This time, however, the arms can emerge from the ground and grab Zelda.

Once you defeat the arms, Zero will come out of the wall and summon three shadows from Gun which perform a lunging attack. Next, two Scorchill Will spawn and spin around the arena. Zero will retreat into the wall again and you must defeat the hands. It will appear one final time and summon six shadows of GunThree Scorchill, Gohma of Faron Temple, and the Seismic talus Supported by two more Gun By the final meeting.
