Witch's Clock is one of the most recent Shonen Jump manga to get an anime adaptation, the series set to premiere in spring 2025. The manga has always been an underrated part of the Shonen Jump programming, but with the anime, its great comedy and character writing will finally have the chance to reach a wider audience and give it the recognition it deserves.

There's still not much to see from the Witch's Clock anime, but the new trailer is a great sign of what to expect. To begin with, the voice actors of Witch's Clock are doing a great job of capturing the comedic tone of their characters and the overarching narrative; naturally, Nico and Moi were the biggest highlights, but the voice actors of Kanshi, Keigo, Nemu and the various supporting casts also really sell their roles and the chemistry they have with each other, so just from the trailer, the anime is doing a great job adapting the comedy based on the character.
More than that, of course, are the visuals in the trailer. Not only is the animation consistently excellent in every scene, but the pleasant and vibrant color palette of the Witch's Clock anime does a great job of emphasizing its status as a fantasy romantic comedyand this practice also serves as a perfect translation of the manga's colorful illustrations. Only in the trailer, the Witch's Clock anime is doing a perfect job of bringing the manga to life, and the final product is sure to be even better.
