Each character in their Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake The party needs strong equipment to become stronger, but the best equipment for each vocation class varies. Almost all equipment is restricted to the archetypes that can use it. Some items may have strong effects that support a Vocation’s strengths, while others may simply be the biggest buff to that class’s attack or defense.
A party member is able to wield five equipment – Weapons, Armor, Shields, Helmetsand Accessories. You can only have one item of each type equipped to a single character at a time, which limits your party’s customization. Depending on which vocations in Redo DQ3 you have on your team, you have the chance to use specific equipment restricted to the classes you have recruited.
Best gear for each class in Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake
Choose strong equipment for each vocation
Weapons are equipment that increase a character’s Strength stat, adding their attack power. Likewise, Armor, Shields, and Helmets use their defensive power to increase a character’s Resilience, or the stat tied to their protection against enemy damage. That’s it not to be confused with resistancethe stat tied to a party member’s maximum HP.
Accessories are extra equipment with unique effects that also increase other stats for a character. For example, one accessory might increase a character’s Wisdom, while another increases their Agility. The combination of unique weapons in Redo DQ3 along with other equipment are what create powerful builds for a character of a given Vocation class.
Here are the best gear for each class, including that gear’s stat boosts and any other unique effects that come with it:

Many different weapons have effects that only activate under certain conditions, such as how Zombiesbane only deals extra damage when used against zombie enemies. While the Wrecking Ball is without a doubt one of the best weapons in Redo DQ3should be used primarily by vocations specializing in raw damage. Other tools are better for classes that need extra magic or for vocations that are better at hitting multiple targets.

Shields are primarily a way for classes to increase their defense, as most do not have additional abilities. However, those who do can be extremely strong, such as Hero’s Shield reducing damage from fire and ice magic. You can sacrifice defensive stat boosts for some basic effects from other shields, but this depends on how comfortable you feel removing some protections from different classes.

THE Ghost Mask is probably the best helmet in the game for multiple classes, but those looking to fill out their party with other gear might consider the Mythril Helm also. Another strong helmet not seen here is the Mask of Relentlessnesswhich gives the character an astonishing 255 points in his defense. However, it is impossible to label this item as the “better,” as well as makes anyone who uses it always have the Confused status.

Lots of accessories too change a character’s personality when equipped. Personalities in Redo DQ3 Determine how quickly a party member’s certain stats level up as they grow over time. To give an example, a character with the “Contrary” Personality has a statistical growth rating of “ONE” to your luck, meaning your luck stat will be increased more than other traits as they level up.
The strongest tools and items for your party completely depend on who you’ve gathered together. The best equipment for some vocations in Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake It cannot be used in conjunction with another class that requires an additional item, so feel free to experiment with everything you collect on your adventure to find the right combinations.
