The FAN EXPO San Francisco schedule will take place over three days, beginning Friday, November 29, and running through Sunday, December 1, at the titular city's Moscone Center West convention venue. One of these panels is titled Randy Quaid: a journey through cinema and famestarring the comedy legend of the same name. Randy Quaid is a multi-talented artist known for his hilarious appearances in several notable classics, including National Lampoon's Vacation and Independence Day.
Randy Quaid will appear in person on the panel to discuss and answer questions about his lauded film career. Another renowned actor who appeared at FAN EXPO San Francisco is none other than 80s action movie legend and real-life martial artist, Dolph Lundgren. Lundgren has appeared in many films, but is best known as the terrifying Russian boxer Ivan Drago in Rocky IVa role he has reprized in the modern day with Creed II. Earning even more praise for villainous roles, Dolph Lundgren is also notable as the main antagonist of science fiction greats like Universal Soldier and Mnemonic Johnny.
However, Dolph Lundgren actually plays the hero more often, leading adaptations of big-name IPs like Masters of the Universe or The Punisher. Another member of action movie royalty, Danny Trejo is best known as Machete in Robert Rodriguez's bloody film series of the same name, a character he also appears in some form in the same director's film. Spy children series. Of Breaking Bad to From dusk to dawn, Danny Trejo is a well-established actor wherever intense graphic violence meets the southern border of the United States.
These days, Trejo is more apt to spend his time lending his deep, distinctive voice to various animated children's programs, such as Monsters at Work and Big city greens. Most famous for being the wife of legendary musician and king of rock, Elvis Presley, Prisicilla's story was recently told in the real-life biopic. Priscilladirected by Sofia Coppolla. Presley's own life and career outside of marriage deserve a discussion of their own, however, becoming a respected actress thanks to her roles on the TV show Dallas and the spy film series, The naked gun.
Priscilla recently signed on to lend her voice to a fictionalized version of herself in the animated spy comedy series Agent Elvis. Priscilla's panel will give valuable insight into her life and long journey through pop culture, led by noted moderator and commentator VIctor Dandridge. In 2023, the CW's long-running superhero drama The Flash finally came to a satisfying end, and with it, the entire continuity of the Arrowverse, which spanned several different series. Tyler Hoechlin and Bitsie Tulloch, the titular couple of Superman and Lois, will be the highlights of their own panel in which they will discuss what it's like to play such a famous couple from comics. Hoechlin is also known for his time on the series Teen Wolf and in romantic comedies like palm springs, while Tulloch is also notable for her time as Juliette Silverton/Eve on the NBC show Grimm.
The title of the panel implies that the discussion may cover some of the sensitive topics deftly explored by Hoechlin and Tulloch in Superman and Loiswhich features one of the best Clark and Lois romances ever adapted into live-action.
