In the new way of wielding the Infinity Stones, it has changed. Thanos presented the weapon that would bring him victory in 2019 Avengers: Endgame. The change occurs shortly after Thanos created the Death Stone, the seventh Infinity Stone, which contains a cosmic being sometimes known as Lady Death. Thanos tried to bend the Death Stone to his will, which led to his former Infinity Gauntlet being upgraded.
Fans see something new “Crown of Infinity” V Avengers Annual by Derek Landy and Salvador Larroca. There, Thanos fights the current owners of the Infinity Stones. Although their cosmic artifacts are charged when operating at close range, all new wielders are relatively new to their abilities, and Thanos methodically destroys them, inserting their Stones into a new helmet that gives him cosmic powers..
Like the MCU, The Infinity Crown appears to illuminate the corresponding Stone when using a certain power.. However, unlike the films, Thanos does not need to clench his fist to carry out his will – once the Stones are attached, he has access to everything they can do. The empty space at the front awaits the Death Stone, and Thanos wants the other Infinity Stones to force his creation to obey him.
Thanos’ Infinity Crown – a new way to combine stones
The Mad Titan’s New Tool Would Defeat the MCU’s Avengers
In the MCU, Iron Man and the Avengers finally defeat Thanos in a climactic battle, seen in Avengers: Final. Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark battles Josh Brolin’s Thanos, using his armor to secretly snatch the Stones from Thanos’ gauntlet and place them in his own. This latest attempt changes the balance of power, allowing Tony to snap his fingers and instantly defeat Thanos and his entire army. It was a huge cinematic victory, but it wouldn’t have been possible if Thanos had used his new Infinity Crown.
Earlier in the issue, Thanos explained that the full power of the Infinity Stones is only unlocked after they become one by attaching them to an artifact. However, in comics, this doesn’t have to be a challenge. When Galactus became the owner of the Stones, he placed them in the “Focus Key”, while Thor foresaw that he would one day face a version of Thanos who placed the Stones in Mjolnir itself.
Thanos’ victory has just created Marvel’s most powerful superhero team.
The defeat of Thanos opens a new chapter in the history of the Infinity Stone
The Infinity Clock is finally here
Fortunately, although Thanos collects almost all of the Stones, the Time Stone’s bearer Overtime is able to force him to surrender. Overtime reveals that during the Infinity Watch arc, which runs through Marvel’s 2024 annuals, he created a paradox that would destroy reality if Thanos decided to kill him. Although Thanos promises to make Overtime regret it, he still officially surrenders, returning the Stones to their original bearers.

Having regained my strength, team became the latest incarnation of Infinity Watch – traditionally a team led by Adam Warlock, tasked with protecting the Infinity Stones from anyone who would use them for their own purposes. Avengers Annual this is the first time the entire team has been assembled, and Marvel has already announced an Infinity Watch spinoff series following Phil Coulson and Colleen Wing’s efforts to teach the rookie heroes how to use their powers effectively. It is noteworthy that since the Stones are in close proximity to the artifact, but are not connected to it, the team will work at the maximum power of the cosmic artifacts.
Thanos is a force, but he is also a strategic and scientific genius. It makes sense that he decided not to copy the tool Earth’s heroes had seen before, creating his Infinity Crown to house the new Death Stone (and presumably to channel the power of the other Stones through it). last try Thanos control death itself, and yet, thanks to the new Infinity Watch, he fortunately failed to do so – although this tactic would have won the day in Final.
