‘Ted Lasso’ Season 4 Gets Surprising Filming Information From WB Exec (Despite No Official Renewal)

Ted Lasso Season 4 is receiving a filming update from a World Bank executive, although no official renewal has been announced. After more than a year of silence, it was announced in August that Apple TV+ and Warner Bros. TV, the studio behind the Emmy Award-winning sports comedy, took the first steps to update Ted Lasso season 4. The first of these moves was reportedly that WB TV cast actors from the UK Actors Union, namely Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein and Roy Kent. They play Rebecca Welton, Roy Kent and Leslie Higgins respectively.

Deadline reports that no Ted Lasso the actors have not yet been allowed to return. However, Channing Dungey, chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Television Group, mentioned that WB TV and other producers are considering potential filming dates. Comedy is one of the biggest shows on television and undoubtedly Apple TV+’s biggest success story. It’s a little baffling that Steamboat hasn’t locked down at least some of the actors for potential spin-offs. Although the main series probably couldn’t continue without the main character. Ted Lassothere should have been more clarity about what’s next soon after the third season concluded. It’s been over a year, but things are finally progressing.
