Tabitha’s Bracelet Discovery and 10 Other Story Reveals

Warning: Spoilers ahead for From Season 3, Episode 3.

While of Season 3, Episode 2 was a more thoughtful chapter dealing with the fallout of Tian-Chen’s (Elizabeth Moy) death and Jim’s (Eion Bailey) remaining absent from Ethan’s (Simon Webster) and Julie’s (Hannah Cheramy) lives, the third episode see ofs cast of characters who come face-to-face with shocking discoveries. But, in truth of harvest, None of the show’s biggest mysteries are really any closer to being solved.

at the end of of The second episode of season 3, Jim receives a phone call. While Kenny (Ricky Err) dreamed about the kitchen phone ringing in season 2, Jim’s interaction with the phone is even more disturbing. The voice on the other end of the line sounds like a young boy and even calls Jim”dad,“Suggested that Thomas, Jim and Tabitha’s late son, calls the Liu house. Episode 2 cuts off before Jim has a chance to investigate the caller. Now well versed in the Town’s tricks, Jim tells the voice to stop pretending to be his son.

Jim rushes outside to find his children, who are fine. Later in the episode, Jim snaps at Ethan, who is convinced that Tabitha is dead. After that, the strained relationship of the Matthews family continues.

Meanwhile, in Camden, Tabitha learns more about Victor’s mother, Miranda. In episode 2, Henry is finally convinced by Tabitha’s story thanks to her mention of the children trapped in the tower – a sentiment Miranda also mentioned before the disappearance. Victor’s mother’s paintings in ofThe previous episode gave some insight into Miranda’s special connection with the township, but Tabitha is really no closer to understanding what she was able to get away with. Standing in Henry’s kitchen, Tabitha hears a familiar sound – like wind chimes — and ask Henry to show her the source.

in one of of Season 3, Episode 3’s blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moments, Victor walks from Colony House to a patch of dirt under a tree. As always, he is very measured and careful with his steps. Soon he starts digging. It seems that a much younger Victor buried something incredibly important in the wake of Christopher’s massacre. later, Victor shows up at Sarah’s house, holding a suitcase He is upset. Sara, who has been busy reconstructing the Christmas ornament that meant so much to her and Nathan, allows Victor to come inside with the strange suitcase.

The duo have a strange dynamic. Victor finds Sara not only scary because she tried to kill Ethan, but a little funny. Sara mostly kept to herself. In the wake of several season 2 deaths, Sara moved back into the house she once shared with her brother. After Fatima (Pegah Ghafoori) consumed fistfuls of reeling crops in of Season 3, episode 2, many wondered what was wrong with Fatima’s baby. In season 2, Fatima tells Dana (Elizabeth Saunders) that she was told she would never have biological children by her. Instead of seeing her pregnancy as a miracle, Fatima was horrified to learn about her condition. Although A trip to the clinic reveals that Fatima is severely malnourishedShe otherwise seems to be okay, medically speaking. However, when she has a moment alone, Fatima consumes the rolled crops. Clearly, something is Very Wrong.

Excited at the sight of cooked meat, Fatima sneaks outside to the greenhouse. near, The other members of Colony House started a compost pile with the rotting crops in the hopes of creating better soil. Fatima grabs handfuls of rotten vegetables from the pile and starts eating them. Unfortunately, Tillie (Deborah Grover) catches sight of Fatima. Embarrassed, Fatima rushes back inside, but Tillie follows her. The older woman explains that Fatima has nothing to be ashamed of; Tillie also had strange desires, like eggs, when she was pregnant. Finally, Fatima has someone she can trust.

Boyd considers his plan to capture a creature

At the end of episode 2, Boyd announces his latest plan to Ellis (Corteon Moore): the self-appointed sheriff wants to catch one of the creatures. While Ellis and Boyd are arguing, Donna walks into the station. When she hears about Boyd’s plan, Donna loses it. She points out that Boyd has already captured a monster – One Christie is able to perform an autopsy on. Boyd insists he wants to take one alive and make it talk. “We hit them point blank with shotguns and all they do is smile,“Danna mentions the Stevens people.

Donna, sensing Boyd’s mounting frustration, explains that she just wants him to come up with a logical plan before taking action. Later, Bud fiddles with things in the church and has a vision of Father Kathri (Shawn Magumder). The late priest reiterates that Boyd’s plan is a selfish oneE, especially since Tian-Chen sacrificed himself to save the town after the monsters in of Let the animals loose. Boyd’s journey of introspection takes him to the diner, where he runs into Bacta (Angela Moore). The former bus driver seems more willing to take chances and, unlike others, is not yet out of hope.

Jade has more visions and discovers red rocks in the forest

Donna has other townspeople and Colony House residents draw straws to see who will join Kenny on another trip to the lake. Before long, Kenny and Jim found tons of crops by the lake, which effectively solved the township’s food shortage. Jade, along with Christy (Chloe van Landschoot) and Dale, is one of the lucky townspeople who join the effort. Still plagued by this symbol, Jade took to drinking to keep his visions in check. Unfortunately, being so far in the woods proves bad for Jade’s mental health.

The dead man tries to strangle Jade but, much like the Civil War soldiers, he proves to be another hallucination.

When Dale finds a freaked-out Jade, the former tech mogul decides he needs to return to town. Kenny tries to calm Jade down, insisting that they all need to pull their weight and get the crops back home. Jade is so disturbed by his ongoing visions that he disregards Kenny entirely and stalks off into the woods. Christy tries to convince Jade that he will never make it back to town before night. When Jade doesn’t listen, and also runs in the wrong direction, Christy chases after him. Kenny and Dale wind up following the couple too.

As Christy tries to reason with Jade and calm him down, she steps into a snow-covered bear trap. The device clenches down on Christy’s feet, causing her to fall over in pain. Jade, Kenny and Dale try to find a release lever but are unsuccessful. The bear trap is chained to a nearby tree, making it look more like something that is used for human sacrifices in the forest as a hunting tool. Jade runs back to the strange effigies for something that will give him enough leverage to free Christy, disturbing the creature-warding totems in the process.

Fatima’s tarot reading is interrupted by a crow

All signs point to something being wrong with Fatima’s baby

After helping Fatima calm down a bit, Tillie insists that there is a way for the mother-to-be to control her child’s fate. Intrigued, Fatima follows Tillie to her landing. The elderly woman retrieves a stack of tarot cards – and Fatima conveys her frustration. Tillie explains that she was once like Fatima, but that a woman gave her a reading that turned out to be true. The cards not only predicted Tillie’s cancer but that she would end up in the place of ofs city. Tillie claims she is much better at interpreting cards now.

As the reading begins, Fatima asks the cards about her baby’s health. Before Tillie can turn over the first card, a crow crashes into the window behind Fatima. The bird eventually bursts through the window, flying wildly around the room before collapsing in a bloody heap. Ravens and crows appeared in of Since the first episode. striking, The birds also appeared for the Motat family On the fallen tree that led them into the city. Sadly, it is hard to imagine that a dead bird is a good omen of any kind for Fatima and her baby.

The duo finally made their way to the park in Maine where Miranda first constructed her bottle tree installation. It seems like Tabitha is inching closer to getting some real, concrete answers. Unfortunately, an upset stomach prompts her to open Henry’s glove compartment for some crackers. Inside, the shoe bracelet is just lying there. earlier, The bracelet also appeared in Tian-chen’s storage room in the diner.

Henry explains that Miranda made the bracelet for him, but Tabitha insists that the bracelet is a step too far.

While the bracelet seemed like it would be one of those dropped threads that never come back, of has already shown again that it is not interested in repeating the drama of Losts polar bear. Every symbol, object, and figure seems to have a purpose. Henry explains that Miranda made the bracelet for him, but Tabitha insists that the bracelet is a step too far. Randall sees the locust again

At the end of the episode, Randall (AJ Simmons) is hanging out on the bus and whining about something. As Julie and Mariel (Kaelen Ohm), Randall is still dealing with the fallout from his time possessed by the music box. In season 2, ofThe haunting nursery rhyme almost caused the death of the three characters. Although Boyd manages to destroy the music box and save them, Randall, Julie and Marielle are still living with post-traumatic stress. Randall, in particular, seems to have more visions than his fellow survivors.

In season 2, while the music box plot was happening, Boyd managed to kill one of the monsters. After performing an autopsy on the creature, Christy, Boyd and Kenny decide to leave it in the basement of the clinic. When they return to the corpse, it is infested with locusts. The nasty insects seem to disappear so quickly And mysterious as they appear. However, the thrumming of the locust is something that can be heard throughout of Season 2’s finale. When Randall sees them on the bus in season 3, it’s hard to know exactly what the sign means.

Tabitha and Henry’s ambulance encounters a fallen tree

Are Tabitha and Henry trapped in the township again?

Once Tabitha freaks out about Henry with her bracelet, the couple gets into a car accident. Tabitha wakes up in the back of an ambulance with HenryTwo EMTs, and a police officer who had been assigned to follow Tabitha since she disappeared from the hospital. Despite everything, Tabitha is worried about Henry. It’s an incredibly disorienting scene, but it only gets worse as it progresses. The driver suddenly stops the ambulance. When the police officer asks what is wrong, the driver says that there is a fallen tree blocking the road.

The more probable answer is that Tabitha – and Henry – are about to arrive ofs township.

Of course, Tavia is scared. She realizes that the fallen tree is the tell-tale sign that they are about to drive in ofs township. The road and fallen tree Do Look a little different from what the Matthews family first encountered ofs pilot. The show could be putting Tabitha through the mental and emotional ringer by having her encounter a completely normal scene on the highway. Of course, the more probable answer is that Tabitha – and Henry – are about to arrive ofs township just as the sun starts to set.
