Superman & Lois Season 4 Prepares Lex Luthor’s Warsuit for the Show
Lex Luthor’s warsuit is iconic
So far, Lex Luthor has yet to wear his battle suit. Superman and Lois. However, by the end of Superman and Lois Season 4, Episode 6, it’s clear that DC Comics’ iconic armor will be coming to the show soon. The revelation was made by Amanda in conversation with Lex. After telling Luthor that she chose to side with him, Amanda tells Lex he’s going to need a “killer suit.” It’s easy to see where this is going.
Although it hasn’t appeared yet, Lex Luthor’s warsuit was revealed in the Superman and Lois mid-season trailer for season 4. The footage shows Michael Cudlitz’s Lex Luthor suiting up and flying away. His battle suit is very similar to John Henry Irons’ exosuit of the series. There is no mistake, as the two characters are connected. When he first appeared on the show, John Henry was considered an alternate Lex Luthor from Earth due to how his suit was made from Lutor Corp technology and recognized him as Lex Luthor. Cudlitz’s Lex could paint it green and purple later.

The DC series needs to go out with a bang
Superman and Lois season 4 is setting up a big superpowered fight between Superman and Lex Luthor. Initially, it was thought that the fight would come in the form of the Man of Steel facing a Luthor-controlled Doomsday. However, with Lois Lane managing to convince the creature to leave, Lex had to get his hands dirty. With the help of scientist Milton Fine, Lex tries to beat Clark Kent in a hand-to-hand fight. Despite turning on the street lights powered by the Red Sun, a weakened Clark still manages to defeat Luthor.
With no other alternative and unable to abandon his desire to destroy the Kents, Lex Luthor has no choice but to create his battle suit. Plot reasons aside, it makes perfect sense that Lex Luthor’s warsuit would finally be used in the DC series. Superman and Lois Season 4 only has four more episodes to air before the show ends forever. As such, the Superman TV show should include as many cool nods to the comics and elements that fans have been asking for before there’s no more time as possible.
