There is another mod to make the Hat Mouse a new NPC
According to the mod description, Robin will only require 250 wood, 10 cloth and 10,000 gold to upgrade the Hat Mouse home to a full meat shop – A reasonable price considering the price of some other community upgrades. The Hat Mouse will have set hours once the building is upgraded, but there is a small concession to be made to ensure that the rodent’s headgear is better protected from the elements.
