Why You Should Sign Up for the ScreenRant Box Office Newsletter
Get updates, forecasts and more
Firstly, the newsletter is Mandatory reading for anyone who wants to follow and understand what is happening in cinemas. Why was the Joker: Folie à Deux box office so dismal? How it was Inside Out 2 become the highest-grossing animated film of all time? Why Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga stay behind The movie Garfield so quickly? In addition to collecting the biggest news of the week, the newsletter will offer exclusive analyzes detailing some of the possible reasons for the evolution of the box office, both in the country and around the world.
My favorite part of the newsletter comes at the end, after the news has fully broken. Every time, I predict the following weekend’s domestic Top 5. I’m no Nostradamus, but it’s an interesting experiment to take a look at upcoming releases and see how they might fit into the current landscape. For example, Terrifying 3 beating Clown It was a real surprise, but then, looking back, the full picture of how it happened emerged. Plus, in one weekend I got all five movies right, so I’m still excited about it.

Big movies coming to theaters in November
November is a great time to join the box office mailing list. While the most recent weekend was slow, as the holiday season heats up, we’ll see the main competitors fight for first place on Thanksgiving. This includes the long-awaited Broadway adaptation Evil and Ridley Scott’s belated sequel Gladiator II sparring when they open on the same weekend. Shortly after, the next Disney film Moana 2 will also enter the fray, with the first projections already showing that it is on track to break a series of records. Keep up with all this and much more by subscribing!
