One-punch man Artist, Yusuke Marata, has put together some iconic Shawn Jump characters in some great anniversary works. The art was part of the forty-year anniversary of the magazine, which was a big milestone with some of the biggest heroes of the publisher. There were multiple pieces, and sure to share the spotlight between several different characters that fans have come to love over the past few decades.
On X, @Everything_OPM_ shared the artwork, which was released sixteen years ago in 2008. The milestone was a big one that coincided with the five-year anniversary of the publication of VIZ’s Shonen Jump in America. Murata was the illustrator of two incredible works, one of which was shared in a comment on the post by user @SatoGojo. The second character collage illustration featured other Sean Jump heroes, including many not in the first grouping. This included Luffy from One piece and Hanamichi Sakuragi from the hit basketball manga, slam dunk.

The first character collage features a great action-filled scene with many notable characters. These include shanks and choppers from one piece Yugi Muto and Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! One of the best aspects of the work is that the characters come from a wide range of comics, both older and more modern, with some being incredibly popular globally and some being known primarily in Japan.

The other collection of characters features many other iconic properties seemingly collected on the Straw Hat Pirates ship, including Vegeta and Bulma from Dragon BallNaruto and Sakura from NarutoGon and Killua of hunter x hunter, Ryoma Echizen of The Prince of TennisAnd Himora Kanshin from Rowney Kenshin, among others.
