After Dr Sivana’s defeat in the 2019 film Shazam!A post-credits scene reveals Mister Mind to be the next main villain of Zachary Levi’s Shazam. However, this never quite panned out, like the sequel, Shazam! Wrath of God, has a completely different plot in mind As the DCEU began to crumble behind the scenes. Shazam fans will now have to content themselves with Mr. Mind’s brutal return in the comic where he first debuted.

Although not the only homage to the successful film of the same name, the ongoing Shazam! Series continues to thrill comic fans by honoring several loose plot threads left in the films. This time, however, Mister Mind is arriving in a much stricter way, and he may just complete his long-term goal of fracturing the Shazam family. If anything, at least this one look from Mr. Mind is paying off the tease that the Shazam! Film left fans five years ago.
