Put Deadline, The Handmaid's Tale star Mckenna Grace has joined the cast of Scream 7 in an as yet unknown role. She joins a new cast that already includes Neve Campbell returning as Sidney Prescott and 1883Isabel May as Sidney Prescott's daughter, as well as Ghostbusters: Frozen EmpireCeleste O'Connor and Generation VAsa Germann in undisclosed roles.
