Rhenzy Feliz voices Camilo, Mirabel’s cousin who has the power to change shape.
While he’s not necessarily critical to the story, he still has an outsized role in the film and is given some of the best and funniest lines. He also has a major role in the hit “We Don’t Talk About Bruno”, transforming himself into the titular black sheep of the family. It’s not easy to bring a character to life through voice acting alone, but Feliz nails it, giving Camilo warmth and personality, as well as showing off some impressive singing skills.

Rhenzy Feliz’s performance as Victor Aguilar is one of HBO’s top three reasons The penguin was surprisingly successful, the other two being Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobb and Cristin Milioti as Sofia Gigante. The series, which depicts the rise of the legendary Batman villain, begins with the Penguin finding a stuttering and scared Victor trying to steal the rims from his car. Instead of killing the young man, he hires him, and Victor is suddenly drawn into Cobb’s violent and chaotic world of crime.
It’s Feliz’s best performance and his ability to stand up to Milioti and Farrell and not feel out of place suggests real talent from the young actor. Victor goes through every emotion on his way to becoming Cobb’s number one soldier. He’s sorry, scared, sad, angry and everything in between. Rhenzy Feliz does all this while playing a character with a speech impediment that he manages to make seem completely true to the character rather than a gimmick.
