Why it's important that the PS5 bundles are sold out instantly

Our take on the instant selling PS5 bundles
It does not necessarily indicate demand
When the PS5 Pro was announced, there was a general outcry over its extremely high price tag of $700. Many didn't think the console would sell, since It doesn't offer much in terms of new content or features for the typical consumer. The fact that the PS5 bundle sold out so quickly may indicate that people are really interested in it, but that may not be the case in this particular instance.
The PS5 Pro and the bundles are not meant for the typical consumer. Based on similar sell-outs in the past, it is very possible that a large percentage of the 12,300 bundles sold today could have been Bought with the intention of reselling when enough time has passed. I also wouldn't be surprised to see a few of these consoles for resale in the next few days, priced much higher than the initial price of the bundle.
The PlayStation 5 Pro Will be released on November 7, 2024, and the console will cost $700 as an upgraded, more powerful version of the current PS5. Although the dollar signs flew today with the release of the bundles, only time will tell if the average consumer is willing to part with the money for the PlayStation 5 Pro When it launches later this year.
