An exclusive card confirmed for Prismatic Evolutions It’s the former Stellar Tera Eevee card. Eevee ex has an ability which allows players to evolve it into another Pokémon ex card. This marks the first time that a Pokémon ex card can evolve into another Pokémon ex card in the Pokémon TCG.
