Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour Schedule for October 2024

October 2024 will be an exciting month Pokémon GO players, with plenty of spooky celebrations to enjoy and a fresh lineup of Spotlight Hour stars to hunt and catch every Tuesday evening. Fitting with this month’s Halloween theme, you can catch a range of creepy-yet-cute Pokemon including Gastly, Duskull and Litwick.

The weekly Spotlight Hours are some of the most popular mini-events in the Pokémon GO Calendar. Every Tuesday between the hours of 6 PM and 7 PM local timeA specific Pokemon will spawn more often in the wild. Each Spotlight Hour event also features a bonus, such as double candy or stardust when catching or transferring Pokemon, so it’s also a good opportunity to provide important resources.

All of the Spotlight Hour headliners that have been confirmed so far have the potential to be brilliant. The odds of finding a rare shiny variant aren’t boosted during Spotlight Hour events, but many trainers use the increased wild spawns to try and hunt anyway.

There are a couple of interesting things to do with October’s Spotlight Hour. The first is that The October 22 event will feature three headlinersAll of which are Ghost-type Pokemon. The second is that the October 29 event features an unknown headliner, which typically means A new Pokemon will make his Pokémon GO Debut Around the same time.

With the current Max Out season focusing on the Galar area and October focusing on Halloween celebrations, the Spotlight Hour headliner will likely fall into one (or both) of those two categories. I predict we will finally see the swell Morpeco Make it Pokémon GO Debut, especially as it was Previously angry To come soon. A spotlight hour would be a great way to introduce it to the game.

Which Spotlight Hours are best this month?

The one with the three headliners

Gastly, Litwick, and Duskull appear on the Pokemon GO map

The best Spotlight Hour event this month will be this event October 22, with Gasley, Duscul, and Litwick head. It’s very unusual to get multiple headliners for a Spotlight Hour event, especially not ones that have this much in-game usability. Gastly’s ultimate evolution Gengar and Litwick’s ultimate evolution Chandelure are both excellent Ghost-type attackers for raid battles, so find ones with good IVs and stock up on their candy while you can.

The other headliners aren’t anything to write home about, although the bonuses are worth looking at if you need a specific resource like Stardust or XP. The final Spotlight Hour event on October 29 could be very interesting if we get to see Morpeco. Pokémon GO Debut. It will introduce mid-battle format changes to the game, which could be the start of a big shakeup to the GO Battle League.
