As 2024 comes to an end, Peacock continues to offer a mix of popular franchises and lesser-known films in November 2024. The movie lineup on Peacock changes more frequently than many other streaming services, although in the penultimate month of 2024 many of the best and highest quality additions remain part of the library. There are also some incredibly new additions like Twisted, which arrives on November 15th shortly after its theatrical screening.

(2024) [Survival Thriller] – The 1996 sequel Twisted ups the ante on the original with modern effects and many more tornadoes. Arriving on Peacock in mid-November, Twisted is guaranteed to be one of the most exciting blockbuster titles available to subscribers.

(1991) [Horror Thriller] – Few films are as highly regarded as those from 1991 The Silence of the Lambs. From the grisly crimes of antagonist Buffalo Bill to Anthony Hopkins’ jaw-dropping performance as Hannibal Lecter, this film on Peacock is an absolute must-see.

(2000) [Crime Drama] – Widely credited as one of the films that helped launch Oppenheimer and The Dark Knight the career of director Christopher Nolan, Memory is one of the most cerebral films currently on Peacock. It’s a mind-bending film with a non-linear narrative that focuses on Leonard Shelby (Guy Pearce), a man with severe amnesia, as he tries to discover who is behind the death of his wife Natalie (Carrie-Anne Moss).

The plot focuses on the sighting of UFOs in the Southwest after the atomic bomb test, and the cast of Asteroid City is beyond star-studded, with names like Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hanks, Edward Norton, Bryan Cranston, Jeff Goldblum, Willem Dafoe and Margot Robbie, among others.

Mr. Monk’s Last Case: A Monk Movie
(2023) [Crime Drama] – Mr. Monk’s Last Case: A Monk Movie sees Tony Shalhoub reprise his role as Adrian Monk, the obsessive-compulsive former homicide detective turned private consultant for the San Francisco Police Department. Although prior knowledge Monk is certainly useful, it is by no means a requirement for Peacock subscribers who want to sit back and relax watching a hilarious crime film with a slightly different dynamic than most.

(2023) [Horror Comedy] – 2024 Renfield, which is directed by Chris McKay and stars Nicolas Hoult alongside Nicholas Cage, puts a satirical spin on vampire films, especially those based on Dracula. The film focuses on Renfield who, after 90 years of enjoying the immortality granted to him by becoming Dracula’s familiar, decides he has had enough of life under his master’s control.

(2024) [Action Comedy] – Ryan Gosling is quickly becoming one of Hollywood’s most in-demand actors, thanks in large part to his performances in films like Barbie, the Nice Guys, and La La Land. Your last film, The fallen guy, is currently available to stream on Peacock, and fans of the A-list actor and action-comedy films in general will get a kick out of Gosling’s turn as seasoned stuntman Colt Seavers.

(2004) [Animated Comedy] – When it comes to classic animated films on Peacock, none beat 2004 Shrek2, which is considered by many to be the best Shrek film. The highlight of Shrek 2 is without a doubt the villain of the film, the Fairy Godmother. Voiced by British comedian Jennifer Saunders, the Fairy Godmother is arguably the best villain of any Shrek film and its version of “Waiting for a hero” by Bonnie Tyler is perhaps now better known than the original song.

(2021) [Supernatural Horror] – M. Night Shyamalan Old it takes place almost entirely on the same stretch of beach. It focuses on several beachgoers who discover that, for reasons beyond their understanding, they cannot leave after arriving. However, the true horror Old comes when they discover the other disturbing effects of the isolated stretch of coastline – all living things present age at a dramatically increased rate.

(2022) [Slasher Horror] – Peacock and Blumhouse Productions team up to They/They (pronounced “they cut them“), an unforgettable slasher horror. Follows a group of LGBTQ+ teens in a conversion camp who are stalked by a masked killer.

(2009) [Supernatural Horror] – Ti West directed two of the most critically acclaimed horror films of 2022 with X and its prequel Pearl. However, he had shown his immense talent 13 years earlier when he directed the cult favorite horror film. The Devil’s House. The film is a typical horror tale about a girl in a remote house who is hunted by a satanic cult.

(1974) [Slasher Horror] – The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a raw and terrifying peek behind the mask of madness. Shot on a shoestring, the film takes typical horror tropes like traveling teenagers, isolated houses, and a power tool-wielding villain to new extremes, pushing boundaries like few films before or since.

(2020) [Slasher Horror] – Directed by Christopher Landon, the creative mind behind Happy Death Day, Vince Vaughn and Kathryn Newton star Strange as a serial killer and his alleged victim. However, just as Newton’s Millie is about to be killed by Vaughn’s deranged Blissfield Butcher, the two switch bodies.
