Pocketpair must be very secure
Palworld has been a hot topic in the news recently, as Pocketpair was officially sued by the Pokemon Company in September for patent infringement over some of its character designs. More surprising was the announcement that Palworld Was launched on the PS5 just a few days after the trial became public. making these Move to a new console in the middle of a legal battle against a gaming behemoth was a bold move for Pocketpair. The news that Palworld Will now also be expanded to mobile devices is further proof that Pocketpair is not worried and that the legal issues do not seem to be enough to bring it down.
We predict Palworld Mobile won’t launch in Japan anytime soon
Legal battles are already holding it back
Falwald was Released on the PS5 worldwide on September 24, but its launch in Japan has been delayed indefinitely due to ongoing issues. Although the company promised to have a release date as soon as possible, the game could never launch on the PS5 in Japan due to the legal troubles.
The decision to work with a non-Japanese company for the mobile launch may have been a strategic move meant to give Pocketpair some breathing room in the next step. Despite their best efforts, I think no Future Palworld Release will be delayed in Japan For at least a few months, but this is resting hope, because it may never come to the country.
No more information was shared about Palworld Drive in the mobile gaming industry. Since the collaboration was just announced, fans may need to wait a little longer before any major details are revealed.
