What Claire & Jamie's breakup means for Outlander Season 7 Part 2
The separation of the couple will have a strong impact on the story
Season 7 Part 2 is the last stretch of episodes before Abroad Season 8, which will draw from the last of Gabaldon's books to end the Starz series. The separation of Claire and Jamie is a major part of this, especially after their arrival in Lallybroch reunites the latter with his sister, Jenny (Christine Atherton) and the older Ian (Stephen Cree). Although it seems that the changes could be a positive for the couple, Duty overseas will likely keep them apart for the majority of the coming episodes.
