The first part of season 4 is a clear sign of this, with a new mystery that is built to be just as exciting as what came before. I like how the Pogues decided to slow down after finding Eldorado, looking at what they had accomplished in the 18-month gap between their return home and the decision to go after Blackbeard’s treasure. But the peace was never going to last. Between the issues the Pogues have with the cooks, the teens’ newfound fame for discovering Eldorado, and the characters’ dreams of something bigger for themselves, more adventures are to come.
I’m happy to say they’re coming in droves, because season 4 is filled with shocking and exciting twists at every turn. When I was watching the new season, I realized that Outer Banks Is exactly what I hoped Tom Holland’s Uncharted Movie would have been. Although the show did not have the same budget as the movie, Outer Banks Explores intricate mysteries as characters travel to visually stunning locations around the world. Although it is more contained than the previous installments, Part 1 again delivers elaborate and fun set pieces.
John B takes more of a back seat

Don’t get me wrong, Chase Stokes’ John B is still very much the leader of the Pogues and the one in charge of making the tough decisions for the group, but the character isn’t nearly as prominent in the first few episodes of season 4 so As he was in the first three seasons.
