An original Dexter star confirmed his return to Dexter: Resurrection. The series' upcoming sequel will see the return of Michael C. Hall's titular serial killer after he apparently managed to survive the final episodes of Dexter: New Blood.
Dexter daily reports that James Remar will return to Resurrection as Harry Morgan, Dexter's father. Remar confirmed in a Cameo video that he will reprise his role, stating:
I'm in the Dexter series, the original, and there will also be a new one called Dexter: Resurrection, and I'll be in that too!
