The crew is destined to go on a lot of adventures in the new episodes as you reach the vast swath of ocean and islands. The last of these will apparently be Drum Island, A snowy place where they meet Chopper, a reindeer who gained human level sentience after eating a devil fruit. Out of all the letters in One piece Season 2 to be introduced, however, Chopper is the most important, as His interactions with the crew lead to him becoming the Straw Hats’ doctor. This makes him a vital member of the team going forward, not only because of his skills, but because he provides a lot of laughs as his friendship with Luffy and everyone else grows. By briefly teasing him for season 2, it’s clear that the show will follow a similar structure for his introduction as the manga, saving him for last when the group arrives on Drum Island.
Our take on Chopper’s One Piece Season 2 debut
He will become a classic part of the live action series
Given how important a member of the Straw Hats Chopper becomes in the One piece Manga and anime, the same is likely to apply to his debut in the live-action series. Although Drum Island at the end of season 2 means he will be around for a short time, it will be enough to tease his role going forward and what it means for the ongoing adaptation. Since there is still a lot of mystery surrounding the character, like who will be voicing him, more will likely be revealed before the new episodes drop.
