Official release date for the final Attack on Titan film, marking the anime's final release

Attack on Titan: The Last Strike finally has an official release date in US theaters. Crunchyroll has just announced that the omnibus film containing the final two episodes of the series based on Hajime Isayama's hit manga, Attack on Titanwill be shown in theaters for just one day in February 2025, so fans won't want to miss it.

Attack on Titan anime concluded in November 2023with two special episodes of 60 minutes and 85 minutes each. A year later, a special film, Attack on Titan: The Last Attackshown in Japanese cinema, bringing together the two episodes with the addition of a new post-credit scene. North American fans have been waiting for an announcement about when they will be able to experience this cinematic spectacle and they won't have to wait long.

Attack on Titan: The Last Strike will air in North American theaters on February 10, 2025. The film will be available in Japanese with English subtitles and also dubbed in English. Other countries will also have the privilege of showing the film, but on different days. Crunchyroll provided the following timeline:

• February 6: Australia, New Zealand

• February 10: United States, Canada

• February 12: Finland

• February 13: Spain

• February 20: Denmark, Netherlands

• February 21: Norway, Sweden

• February 25: Germany

• February 26: United Kingdom, Ireland

• March 1: France

• March 3: Italy

Attack on Titan is one of the most successful anime of the last decade. A great adaptation of the story by Hajime Isayama, who at times wasn't afraid to stray from the original, the show made an incredible contribution to increasing the popularity of anime across the world. It's a mature story that deals with themes of war, revenge, the cycle of violence and forgiveness, while remaining an entertaining, action-packed drama.
