Obi-Wan takes extreme measures with Anakin and Ahsoka in fantastic Star Wars art

Obi-Wan has his hands full with Anakin as his apprentice, and it’s hilarious Star Wars: The Clone Wars Art shows just how chaotic things get when Anakin is paired with the equally stubborn and reckless Ahsoka Tano. Ahsoka was assigned to be Anakin’s Padawan, and although the two often ruffled each other’s feathers, it soon became obvious that they were a perfect match. Throughout the Clone Wars, Anakin and Ahsoka become a dynamic duo, learning from each other on and off the battlefield.

Anakin and Ahsoka share a single poncho decorated with the words “Get along Poncho.” No one looks amused, and Anakin’s speech bubble reads, “Obi-Wan, this is ridiculous!“On the last slide of this post is a screen cap of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the SithShowing Obi-Wan telling Anakin to calm down – a familiar theme throughout the prequels. Ahsoka was always better at being Anakin’s Padawan

When Ahsoka first appeared in Anakin’s life in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars movie, she is expected to be Obi-Wan’s new apprentice. Anakin had just been knighted, so Obi-Wan was eligible for a new Jedi Padawan. However, despite their expectations, Yoda informs Ahsoka that she is being assigned to Anakin instead. This shocks everyone, especially Anakin, who has already stated his belief that a Padawan during the Clone Wars would be nothing more than a hindrance.

When Obi-Wan hears Ahsoka say that Yoda assigned her to Anakin, he can’t hide his smile. On their way to meet her, he spoke his mind to Anakin that he thought his apprentice would make a great teacher. With the help of Yoda’s wisdom early on Star Wars: The Clone WarsAhsoka is given the unique opportunity to receive the training that allows her to not only survive Order 66, but to become a fierce opponent against the Empire.
