A new Lord of the Rings film achieves another box office record for Peter Jackson's universe in its second weekend.

Put Mojo Box Office, The Lord of the Rings: War of the Rohirrim suffered the worst drop in the second weekend of the franchise with 72.1%. Previously, the worst drop in the second weekend was The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug with 57.2%.
