A press release from Paramount Press Express revealed that the franchise is expected to return to CBS in 2025, with NCIS season 22 with mid-season return on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. NCIS: Origins also returns the same night and will air shortly after NCIS.
