What happened in My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode #18?

All for one suffer some major setbacks

A massive version of Dark Shadow lays in all for one as Gigantomachia approaches.

Episode #18 of My hero academia Season 7 opened almost where episode #17 left off, recapping Tsuyu’s observation about Toga’s limitations. It then moved back to the battle against All for One, as Tokuyami and Dark Shadow fought with full power to keep the villain from escaping. Tokuyami was soon joined in his attack by Gigantomachia, who was initially controlled by Shinso, but soon began attacking all of his own will, enraged at feeling abandoned by his master. Soon Mountain Lady also joined the fight, and all three dealt all for one some serious damage.

The episode skips back a few minutes to show Gigantomachia being awakened, revealing that Mina bravely stood up to him. Shinso was almost taken out by the Sludge Villain from the first episode, but Mina’s acid attack forced the Sludge Villain to retreat, giving Shinso the opportunity to brainwash Gigantomachia and lead him against All for One. Back to the present, it’s clear that All for One is suffering, being de-aged to the point of being a young teenager thanks to the rewind drug. He unleashes a powerful attack, seemingly killing Gigantomachia and dissipating Dark Shadow.

All for one took a moment to steal Hawks’ quirk, and almost went for Tokuyami’s, before finally moving on and continuing his quest to reach Shigaraki.

My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode #19 Explains “I’m Here”

ALL MAY JOINS THE FREE?!

All ends, standing in the way of all for one.

Episode #19 of My hero academia Season 7 is entitled “I’m Here,” invoking All Might’s famous catchphrase. The next episode preview discusses how All Might lost his powers, but his will remains strong, showing that even in his current form, he stood on the battlefield, ready to intercept all for one. Exactly how everyone intends to fight is not clear at this point; He no longer even has the embers of One for All to rely on, so All Might must have some other trick up his sleeve, as it’s unlikely that he’s simply throwing his life away to slow down All for One.

The preview also showed Dobby battling against Endeavour, as well as Shoto and Iida racing to the scene to help, despite being many miles away on a different battlefield. The other members of the Todoroki family are also seen briefly, although exactly what context they will appear in remains to be seen. A bit more of the fight between Deku and Shigaraki was also shown, but it was so short that it seems likely that their fight won’t be a major point in the episode. No doubt fans are excited to see just what All Might has planned for All for One, so My hero academia Season 7, Episode #19 will be one they won’t want to miss.
