My Hero Academia Creator Hits Christmas by Painting Deku's Most Festive Mission Yet

Christmas is almost here and no one is more excited about the upcoming holiday than Kohei Horikoshi himself. THE My Hero Academy creator has just released a new work of art based on the holiday season, featuring three iconic characters from the series.

The piece, posted on Horikoshi's website Account Xyou will definitely get it My Hero Academy fans into the Christmas spirit, adding a fun and festive touch to some of the series' most beloved characters. Main character Izuku Midoriya, Bakugo Katsuki, and Pro Hero Mirko make appearances in the stellar work of art, embarking on a joyful mission.

In the colorful illustration, all three characters pose as Santa Claus delivering gifts

The image reveals Deku, Bakugo, and Mirko all dressed in bright, red, Santa-themed outfits. Bakugo and Deku wear Santa Claus suits, consisting of red and white long-sleeved clothing alongside matching red and white pants, held up by brown belts and tucked into thick brown boots. Mirko's outfit is a variation on her typical Pro Hero jumpsuit, as she wore a red and white jumpsuit with a brown belt, also making her look like Santa Claus. The entire trio wears red and white Santa hats, further completing their transformations into the icon of Christmas, Saint Nicholas himself.

The group of heroes run around the artwork, jumping from rooftop to rooftop. As they run, they each hold an almost overflowing beige bag full of gifts to be delivered for Christmas. Each member of the trio appears fiercely determined, as if nothing is stopping them from distributing these valuable gifts to their deserving recipients.
