Georgie and Mandy’s first wedding Episode 5 clip reveals how Missy manipulates her way into getting a hideous tattoo. Sheldon’s twin sister already returned at the beginning of the sequence, when she called her brother asking for help about problems at school. Her story in Georgie and Mandy’s first wedding is a continuation of its unfinished plot in Young Sheldon’s endingwhich left her still mourning the loss of her father. Now, Missy is ready to make another appearance as she joins Mary, Meemaw and Dale will spend Thanksgiving with the McAllisters.
In a new clip from Young Sheldonofficial Instagram account, Missy is seen manipulating Mandy into going with her to get a tattoo Georgie and Mandy’s first wedding episode 5“Thanksgiving.” This is in exchange for her coming with the Coopers to spend the holiday with her family across town. Ultimately, Mandy is persuaded, but Missy ultimately regrets her decision. Watch the hilarious clip below:
The first wedding needs to develop Missy and Mandy’s relationship further
Missy had no female relationships in Young Sheldon
When Mandy was first introduced in Young SheldonMissy developed an immediate adoration for her. Probably because she didn’t have any sisters and her relationship with her mother wasn’t the best. Unfortunately, after addressing this in one episode, the prequel never properly revisited it. Mandy tried to offer some emotional support after George’s unexpected death in Young Sheldonbut it was too brief to mean anything. While Missy is not a series regular in Georgie and Mandy’s first weddingher recurring guest star status would allow the sequel to remedy this.
While much has been made about Georgie and Missy’s dynamic, it’s important that George and Mary’s only daughter promote healthy female relationships in her life. Young Sheldon didn’t give him good friends, as most of them were bad influences. They had a genuine connection with Paige, but that also went nowhere. Mandy, acting as a big sister and friend, can help her get through this difficult point in her life. Meanwhile, spending time with her sister-in-law could help Mandy expand her social circle without being judged, as happened in “Todd’s Mom.”
Our Take on Missy’s Future in Georgie and Mandy’s First Wedding
Missy’s new story could define the future of the Big Bang Theory for her
It’s no secret that Young Sheldon underutilized Missy. While the rest of the Cooper family got their respective compelling arcs, she was constantly ignored and sidelined. It is certain that Georgie and Mandy’s first wedding I can’t really make up for it given her limited involvement, but if the new show gives her good stories every time she appears, then it could at least make up for some of her transgressions. The Big Bang Theory prequel. Returning to Georgie and Mandy’s first wedding in the future may also adequately pave Miss’s path to her eventual future on the nerd-centric sitcom.
