Status ailments can be broken down into Two different types: physical and mental. with a total of 12 unique ailmentsBoth types cause debuffs and other, tricky effects to deal with during combat, but crucial differences set the two categories apart.

  • Anxiety

  • Charm

  • Daze

  • Forgotten

  • Storm

  • Sleep

on the contrary, Physical ailments will remain in effect even after the fight ends. This can spell bad news for your party in combat without treatment. You will want to prioritize curing any of the following physical ailments affecting team members:

  • Burning

  • Frostbite

  • Hex

  • Maldi

  • Paralysis

  • Sam

Status Ailments should not be taken lightly on your Metaphor: Refantazio Game. While you may be able to boost a battle facing debuffs and other effects, it’s in your best interest to heal your party members whenever possible, as each of them can be deadly. Fortunately, you will have a couple of options to heal yourself.

How to cure all status ailments

Items & the Healer Archetype

You will want to consider Healing items and the healer character archetype to heal status ailments. The use of items is quite intuitive here, with a long list to choose from, depending on the disease you are dealing with.
