The twins were created by Wanda three years before the universe, but the end of WandaVisionThe story of Hex saw the Hex that kept them alive dissipate, resulting in their souls finding other vessels.

Agatha always explains what happened to Billy Maximoff, but where is Tommy?

One twin is accounted for, but where is the other?

As alluded to, Agatha all the time episode 6 explains what happened to Billy Maximoff after WandaVisionis ending. The show explores the idea that Billy’s soul left the Hex to find a new ship, finding one in William Kaplan, who recently died in a car accident. When Billy wakes up, he has no memory of his life as William Kaplan nor the events of WandaVision, still remembers one name: Tommy. This is the name Billy screamed when he woke up after inhabiting William Kaplan’s body, and the fulcrum of his subsequent journey in search of answers about Westview.

Billy’s only goal is to find out what happened to Tommy, something he hopes the promises at the end of the Witch’s Road can help him with…

The MCU’s Marvel villain can now explain where Tommy is

Kamala Khan may have already faced those responsible for Tommy’s capture

After Agatha all the time episode 6, a theory linked to the members of the MCU’s Young Avengers could be drawn up. In Ms. Marvelthe titular hero clashed with an organization called the Department of Damage Control, first introduced in Spider-Man: Homecoming. The DoDC villainized Ms. Marvel due to their attempts to control her as a young hero with new powers. Interestingly, Could the Damage Control Department explain where Tommy is during Agatha all the timelinking to the character’s comic book origins.

In Marvel Comics, it was explained that Tommy Maximoff’s soul inhabited the body of someone named Tommy Shepherd. Tommy’s super-speed powers awakened and he accidentally destroyed a school, leading to him being contained in a power-reducing high-security prison while the government conducted tests on him to turn him into a living weapon. It was possible to reveal that Tommy’s story in the MCU happened in the same way, but with the young man being captured by the Department of Damage Controlwho have already opposed Ms. Marvel and could diminish the Abomination’s powers in She-Hulk.

If this theory comes to fruition in the MCU, it would continue to set up the Department of Damage Control as the main villain of the MCU’s Young Avengers. The MCU’s Young Avengers villain setup began in Ms. Marvel, and it would certainly make sense for the DoDC to oppose the formation of the younger team of heroes. After all, the DoDC was created by Iron Man with superhero damage limitation in mind. Based on what happened in Ms. Marvelthe DoDC sees younger superheroes as a more likely cause of collateral damage.

This could cause the DoDC to openly oppose the Young Avengers should they form, and would tie in perfectly with Tommy Maximoff. In the comics, Tommy is freed from his prison by the Young Avengers. If the MCU reveals that Tommy was captured by Damage Control, the Young Avengers will free him once Billy discovers his location in Agatha all the time could finally put the team on the organization’s radar, putting them at odds on future projects.
