Episode 7 of Agatha all the time brought Lilia and Jennifer back to help Wanda and Teen with their latest trial. As Billy continues to discover his powers, Lilia mentions that he can make anything he dreams of come true. This ability is similar to Scarlet Witch’s chaos magic, which allowed her to control all of Westview and transform it into her suburban utopia. It also allowed her to raise her children and a version of Vision similar to the one who died.
Based on Lilia’s explanation, Billy appears to have similar powers and the ability to read minds. Once he learns to control it, it will be interesting to see if he has the same powers as his mother.
