Lottacoins Island Pipe Puzzle Solution
The right way to finish this puzzle
You can stop being a ball when you enter the puzzle room in Mario and Luigi: Brotherhood. You will have to configure the pipes to be able to pass. Although it may not seem like it initially, you can jump over any pipe to get to each spin. Hit the rotating mechanisms to turn each tube in the desired direction before passing through it. There are two connection switches, one on the left and one on the right.
There is a mystery box on the right side of this map. Go and jump under it before exiting this puzzle.
Jump over the pipe and go to the switch on the left side first. To transform it, merge with Luigi and choose the option on the right to create a tornado spin. Keep doing this and eventually the pipe in front of you will rotate. You need to keep doing this until the the tube is connected with the left and the top. The bottom of the tube must be open as it does not lead to where you need it, as can be seen in the Jumpycodevideo below.
The next part of the puzzle is to go to the right side and connect the next pipe correctly. Run alongside the turner and join Luigi again before using the right option to make a tornado. From there, rotate the tube until it connects to the top and left tubes. It may seem like there’s no way to reach it, but that’s because you’ll have to travel a long way through the pipes.
The game makes it seem like the middle tube is the correct one to go through. It’s next to the button, more prominent, and looking at the maze at first might make you think it starts in the middle. Don’t fall for it.
Don’t take the wrong pipes when trying to get through the maze. Although it seems like you need to grab the middle pipe, you will use the left pipe and follow it to the end. Once you reach the second golden pipe, you’ll realize why you took this one. After that, you will follow the pipe out of the door and onto the roof, where you will continue the hunt.
